I am totally satisfy with the response. All I always wanted is to get my money back and closed the so call account. The account is now closed and they have refunded the monthly charges, a total of $199.00. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Revdex.com for their efforts in solving this issue. This is an unusual complaint; we received a complaint from Mr. [redacted] on 6/16/2014 addressing his concerns with the response below. For the complaint we received in March...

2015, we contacted Mr. [redacted], but he was adamant that his issues were previously resolved and that he did not file the complaint in March. We hope this clears up any confusion there may be.

On 3/02/2014, Mr. [redacted] registered on our website and agreed to be billed $1 for a 7-day trial and $49.90 each month thereafter until canceled. We display our billing protocol on our registration page and require all customers to provide personal information including name, address, phone number, email, & complete credit card information. We also require all customers' check a box stating they have read and agree with our Terms of Use. We did not receive any correspondence or cancellation requests until 4/20/2014 when Mr. [redacted] emailed our customer service department to inquire about charges. We immediately canceled this account and explained how billing occurs. Upon receiving this complaint, we attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on 6/16/2014 at the number listed on the complaint. In efforts to resolve this complaint, we have refunded all monthly charges from our company totaling $99.80. We are confident this will resolve Mr. [redacted]'s concerns.
