I had purchased several tires over the years and have been happy with price and quality till now
About months ago I had a tire go flat in less than a min .By the time I pulled over I noticed the valve stem was cracked in halfI took it back and the owner was nice and apologized and said I could buy another at his cost since they were $ tiresThe following month The same problem arose this time with my trailer tireI repeated the same processI took my truck back and he offered to change the valve stems to a heavy duty
So three weeks ago I was on the freeway towing my trailer for approximately min when the rear tire on my truck exploded I immediately pulled over to find that tire had not had a heavy duty valve stemI went back and now they discontinued the same style tire and he is offering to give me another at cost
I am done with buying these tires because of the faulty stems causing them to deflate immediatelyI am requesting that he splits the cost of the t

Ok so as the first complaint was involved was to completed a price matchThe owner responded saying that this was his cost and was not able to price match....So I purchased a set of wheels from a different company all I want him to do is intall them as promised

In the spring of I brought in my vehicle to U.S.ATires for a front and rear wheel alignmentI had many similar alignments done to the same vehicle in the past but I bought the tires from this specific shop earlier in the year and I thought it would be best to have them do an alignmentI was told that the adjusting bolt for the rear right lower control arm was too rusted/tight and so the mechanic ended up stripping the boltI was told that the rear alignment was not performed and that I had to come back once I repaired the stripped boltI consider myself a car guy and I know how to swing a wrench so I took it upon myself to cut the bolt as there was no other way of removing it from the assembly, which ultimately damaged the lower control arm assemblyI then went to a *** to purchase the lower control arm assembly which cost me time, effort, and moneyI planned on passing on the expense the the owner upon my return since it was his mechanic that caused the problem, a

I bought spacers to put on my truck The owner said they had warranty and if any issues to bring back to him He guaranteed spacers were safe and will fit my truck We put them on and the first day, hours after having them on As I was driving the whole spacer broke up and yhe wheel went flying causing me to wreck Called the owner and he stated that wasn't his issue And he wasn't Going to do nothing about it
