I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would have been fine with the 20% reimbursement if that would have been processed in a timely manner. It is now October and I used their "service" in August. That is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a refund. I am tired of battling this company. I will take my complaint elsewhere and have this resolved once and for all.
