Review: On July [redacted] I paid to receive one "getmythankyou" certificate, and the charge was to be $14.95. I was DOUBLE charged and have not been able to reach getmythankyou since.

Please help. I have tried to be patient, yet have received zero response to my multiple phone messages and emails since my order. Although I was double charged by them on July [redacted], nothing ever came via email or to my mailing address. I have left several phone messages with no return call, and emailed customer support on July **, and August [redacted], and August [redacted], receiving zero response.Desired Settlement: I am hoping they can

1) finish the job by sending me the certificate I paid for.

2) repair the double charging their website is doing.

3) extend the expiration date, which is in 3 days from today (considering I ordered my certificate on 7/**/15)

4) accept my other 2 certificate orders, and process them properly for the amount advertised.

Review: This is a matter that is somewhat complaint layered. The company has been very inconsistent with their service from the start. I received 2 vouchers from selling a junk car and started contacting this company in 2012 to plan trips. The vouchers were to cover better than 50% of hotel costs at selected hotels across the country. The procedure was and I assume still is that you use a form to "pick" your number one destination and two alternates. The company then lets you know availability of your choices, you pay your discounted price and they send the voucher.I did use the voucher successfully once after at least a dozen emails and do-overs and was still charged more that the "fees" should have been. I was told that getmythankyou.com estimates the taxes we will pay, charges the client and any overage is refunded back. This was not so in my case and both times I have asked about this communication stops.My most recent communication was to attempt to get my second voucher which I have been attempting to do for over a year. I was recently told they were done doing me "favors" by allowing me to ask about availability without filling out the proper forms. I expressed to them my thanks for their consideration, but pointed out the extra slow snail service and constant ambiguity when it comes to their process and business math skills as well as communication and just like magic....poof....I haven't heard from them since....again...Desired Settlement: I can believe this may be a misunderstanding or a case of a company with that is overwhelmed and since I paid no money for my vouchers I would just like for them to fulfill their business obligation by:Providing me with an invoice that shows what I paid for, the overage, and provide me a credit in the form of a [redacted] payment or a credit on the trip voucher they have yet to process.

Review: My girlfriend and I used a 4 night hotel stay certificate in [redacted], VA on May [redacted]. The certificate number was [redacted] and the product number was 4NH. I paid the taxes and fees of $33 per night (as required in the terms of use); I sent a check for a total of $132 that was cashed on May [redacted]. The check was in my name and the certificate would be under my girlfriend’s name. According to the Getmythankyou.com Terms of Use, "The cost upon requesting reservations is just a tax & fee deposit of $33 per night. Taxes & fees usually range from $12-$33 per night depending on when and where you travel to. If the taxes & fees are less than the $33 per night the difference will be refunded after travel is completed. “I know the hotel taxes were not $33 per night, I should have received a refund as stated in the term of use after travel was completed. The only way to contact the company is through email, the email address I found on the site is [redacted]. I have sent 3 emails requesting the refund and information on the refund, I only received an automatic response when I sent the first email saying "Thank you for contacting Getmythankyou.com." Thank you in advance for your help.Desired Settlement: A refund of the excess taxes I paid as stated in the term of use agreement.
