Review: On 3/**/14 I ordered a clock and they said 7-10 days I would get it. They took my money and I haven't recieved it. Contacted many times and the last time they said I would get it by the time the birthday was and I didn't. Then they said I would get it on Saturday the [redacted] and I didn't. I also asked them to send a confirmation of the carrier and thats when I have heard nothing again. The number on my bank statement when they took the money out was a cleaning service which scared me. I want to know how I get my $35 back. Please help me because they are ignoring me with my last request of confirmation of delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like the clock and I need by this week.Its a gift.
