* *** * *** *** ** *** ***, which seem odd, but I miss the first one, so I call him back at 1:37pm central time He try to explain their action and it not acceptable Because I told them at the time , which was /05/ I rather send the money on Christmas gift then the throw it away on some that I had a feel was a bunch of bull, or a scam around the holidays They were pressuring me to sign up, they stated I had to sign up right away because that was to guarantee me a spot on front page of google Which was a lie Then here it is 01/05/ no progress and they talking different , trying to say now oh it take days for them to work on and create website, which I already have I ask about my logo I paid for also which I should have saw results on , to get my ok on which one to use, No resultsi saw none Sound like a B .Sto me They owe me $They can send me a money order MY BANK CANCEL CARD SO THEY WOULDN'T SCAM ANY MORE MONEY OUT ME $FOR PASS MONTH SERVICE , PLUS $FOR LOGO I NEVER GOT TOTAL $ Proof of purchase see attachment

The management has decided to refund the client. Customer service representative will contact the client to get the information how the refund has to be processed as the client does not want it refunded on the same card.

We optimized his online store. All the ranking reports prove that his website is ranking on the first page of Google.
We have put in a lot of work into client's account and  have
provided 6 dated SERP reports of monthly services rendered which show the work we completed since the client  started  with us.

The exact opposite of everything Getting Front Page said is true. They never got me onto front page. They got me on the 2nd page after 2 months and there wasn't even a link to my website on the google listing. This is a fraudulent company. I am in the process of getting the deleted email. I am going to get proof that they hacked into my e-mail and sue them and charge them. They offered me 50% of my money back in this e-mail if I cancelled and then went ahead and took the illegal liberty do delete their own e-mail they sent me.

Review: ON 4/3/2014 A SALES ASSOCIATE WITH GETTINGFRONTPAGE.COM CALLED ME AND OFFERED 30 DAYS OF ADVERTISING AND A FREE WEB SITE FOR MY SMALL INSURANCE BUSINESS FOR $1 FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS THEN THE FEE WOULD BE $199 PER MONTH AFTER THE 30 DAYS. I TOLD HIM I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO INVEST IN ADVERTISING AND I HUNG UP. HE CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND SAID "ITS ONLY $1 FOR 30 DAYS AND I SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SERVICE". SO FOR $1 I DID IT. THEY SENT ME A FORM GIVING THEM PERMISSION TO DEDUCT THE $199 FROM MY CHECKING IF I CHOOSE TO KEEP THE SERVICE. WELL ON THE 28TH DAY I CALLED THE MERCHANT AND SENT AN E-MAIL TO THE E/M ADDRESS I WAS TOLD TO USE SHOULD I CANCEL. THE NEXT DAY A DIFFERENT PERSON CALLED FOR A PIN # THAT I WAS TO GET FROM GOOGLE. I SAID "I CANCELLED YOUR SERVICE SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE A NEED FOR THE PIN. I THEN SENT ANOTHER E/M TO THE MERCHANT. I KEPT AN EYE ON MY CHECKING ACCT AND AS OF MAY 18TH THEY HAD NOT TAKEN ANY $ FROM MY CHK ACCT. THEN ON 5/22/14 THEY HIT MY ACCOUNT FOR $199. I CLD THE BANK TO FILE A CLAIM. B OF A PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCT UNTIL FURTHER REVIEW. I THEN GOT A LETTER FROM B OF A THAT SAID THE MERCHANT CLAIMED THE DEBIT WAS VALID DUE TO A CONTRACT I SIGNED. THERE WAS NO CONTRACT! B OF A TOOK THE $ BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON THE 30TH WHICH CAUSED SEVERAL OVERDRAFT CHGS ON MY ACCT. I HAVE SENT PROOF TO THE BANK THAT I CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND PROOF TO THE MERCHANT THAT I SENT IN 2 E/M FOR CANCELATION OF THE SERVICE. IT IS NOW 7/21 AND I AM OUT $199 PLUS OVERDRAFT FEES AND NOW THE MERCHANT KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME. I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY BILLS. MY UTILITIES WERE SHUT OFF AND NOW MY INTERNET WILL BE SHUT OFF AND I CANT CONDUCT MY BUSINESS WITHOUT INTERNET SERVICE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY $199 PLUS ALL OF THE OVERDRAFT FEES PAID AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY COULD GET ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR ANXIETY AND STRESS THEY HAVE CAUSED. Review: It took 2 months for Getting Front Page to put me on the Google front page, and when they did, they didn't even provide a link on the Google listing to my business website. This company has rdation problems. On top of that, when I complained that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com, they offered me 50% of my money back if I cancelled with them via e-mail. I accepted the 50% money back offer via phone call (I told them I wanted the 50% back before I sent them the cancellation email) but then they didn't honour the deal as they just wanted me to cancel without giving me 50% back. On top of all that, which I am livid about, they went in and hacked into my e-mail (I never give my password out to anybody -- I don't know how they performed this criminality) and deleted the 50% money back offer email. I am now in talks with my email company to try and retrieve this email that was deleted as proof that this is a criminally fraudulent company. I spent a total of $[redacted] thus far for nothing, including them having access to my emails for who knows how long and deleting which ones they feel like at will. I seek my $[redacted] back that I spent on this criminally fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $1600 and these people put in jail for hacking into my email and deleting e-mails as they please.

Client ordered for online marketing. Attached please see the

signed contract. We worked extremely hard to put the client’s business on the

first page of Google and were successful in doing so. Client did not want us to

change any contents on his website - this made the work extremely difficult. SEO work requires the website to be SEO

friendly and contents must be matched. Client does not qualify for any refund

at all. Client’s business is now ranking on the first page – Attached please

see the SERP reports that were emailed to the client on a regular basis. The last SERP report shows client's business ranking on the first page of Google. It

does take 8-12 weeks to be organically ranked on Google’s search engine. Now

since we have provided this service, client is trying to cancel so that he does

not have to pay anymore. Client should pay the required monthly fee as per the signed contract.

We have absolutely nothing to do with his emails. We did not

ever ask for his email access. We did not delete his emails.

Review: These people call me up Begging to let them get my web business on the front page of Google. I told them naw, BECAUSE it was Christmas time and I rather spend that money on gifts. But after they kept begging I gave in. I paid them a $[redacted] up front plus $** for an logo. this was made on 12/5/2014. I haven't heard or seen nothing front them and this tell me this might be a scan. when I buy something , I expect service A.S.A.P.NOW THEY TRYING TO HUSTLE ME OUT OF MY MONEY. nOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P. Review: Getting front page was hired to promote my online store. They did not do what I hired them to do. Instead they promoted my services side. I tried to explain many times that what they were doing was incorrect, but changes were never made. I then cancelled there service and requested a refund. They agreed to the refund, then waited till the banks 30 day window expired to inform me that no refund will be made.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded.
