I don't normally write public reviews. Good or bad! Just got out of my pool. It's Hot today. Gettle Pools resurfaced our pool last March with hydrazzo. We wanted our 1998 pool to look just the same as when it was new. It does. It's perfect. We took 5 bids all within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Scott was the highest but he wanted 50% up front 50% after completion which was way different than the others. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it and cleaned up the mess. Thanks Gettle Pools. I love my pool.

This company's business practices are terrible. When questioned about installation overbilling issues, the owner became verbally abusive and vulgar. They bill for monthly services and then do not show up. When called about where their service rep was, they abruptly hung up on us. We have had pools for over 20 years and have never encountered such terrible service.
