While working with one of the brokers, we were offered a cash advance for a 75 payments, offered a restructure at pay 32 and also to consolidate a second cash advance and extra funding as well. I contacted the broker to get the restructure done, so far we have passed that point and he has not been able to restructure. We incurred in a debt based on what he offered and now he is not able to have us restructure.
This is a deal that we brokered out to one of our Merchant Cash Advance Partners Yellowstone. Merchant was originally offered a cash advance for 75 payments from one of our lenders. The merchant was told that we could refinance at the halfway mark and we would begin doing the work on the refinance at around the 32 payment mark. This would provide us an adequate run up to ensure that our process for refinance would be clean and ready to go. There are also times where the merchant may also be refinanced early by lenders. We explained to the merchant on the phone that as long as he made his payments and there was not a drop in revenue that refinance should be accepted by the lender. During the contract design process, to achieve lower payments, the merchant took a longer term (85 days) which lender reviewed with the merchant on the funding call.
We served as the brokers for the merchant. At 32 days the merchant reached out to attempt to refinance. Upon attempting to refinance, merchant sent his bank statements and we sent them to the lender. Lender informed us that merchant needed to wait to refinance. We explained to the merchant that we are not the lenders and do not make the decision to refinance. We also attempted to refinance the merchant with other underwriters and other lenders. When them time came for refinance, the merchant was declined by the lender for refinance. Merchant had much lower revenue than he previously had brought in. Another lender also informed us that merchant had lowered payments on another advance which was the reasoning behind the merchant being declined.
While we would have loved to have the lender funded further than what we were able to fund him, after several attempts we were not successful because all of our lenders denied.

Brokered guaranteed a refinanced at payment 32, never mentioned anything about any conditions except onetime payments for the agreed amount, until payment 32. There were more than 32 payments made on time until the broker disregard and didn't return my calls showing a lack of interest on serving what they offered and guaranteed, therefore I had to reach the lender directly and explained them what I was offered, to what they are also upset at the "aggressive" sales tactics used by the broker, and arrange with them a lower payments as it was what Tomas had offered and never was able to comply, that also affected the ability for our business to search other options for refinancing. The broker offered based on building a good payment history with the lender by payment 32, to what we complied to, he offered to restructure at such marker with the only requirement to make payments on time, and once there was a history with the lender, they will automatically restructure.

Horrible company, do nothing with them. They are very shady as they lied to me and tried to cover it up. When I gave them the chance to fix it they lied again and really put my company through the shredder. Believe NONE of the positive reviews as they are fabricated. For instance, Mike S and Danielle F seemed to word for word feel the exact same way. Knowing this company they will find a way to remove one or both of those reviews after being called out. Just another screenshot I have added to my portfolio. As I have stated in other areas, the practice itself for the brokerage, though legal, should be outlawed. They have made over $30,000 off of me within a span of four months because of their lies about refinancing, with nothing I can do about it. The fraudulent part comes when they lie to get what they want, taking advantage of small businesses like mine who cant suffer the type of loss they incure. The Revdex.com would do themselves a favor to remove the accreditation.
Dealing with this company and their staff is a breeze. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and replied to all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company for your loan needs.
