As stated by the Business This is ridiculous! My company installed approximate sqftof glass tile for these people on their kitchen backsplashThey supposed to provide tile and grout and my company was responsible for tile installation onlyWhen I came the first time to replace some cracked tiles at their window sill; I noticed, they have no blinds or curtains at the window and the tiles directly exposed to the sun during the day, they get really hotThis is not a good combination if the faucet is close by and water gets all over the window sillSince I didn't install the countertop, I recommended to install a piece of stone over the sill because of that reasonAt least that's what I always do for my costumers when I install a Kitchen countertopThey didn't follow my recommendation and they still want me to buy and replace the tiles when they supposed to provide tileSomeone is advising them wrongGlass tiles are not installed with siliconeMy goal is to keep all my costumers happyThat is why my company is building a good reputation

I am rejecting this response because:
Dear Revdex.com, it has been very clear to the installer what was to be done. The reasoning he uses has never been heard by us, and is just bad reasoning to get out of a claim. he never informed us about the window to be hot/ sunshine or whatsoever. to replace some cracked tiles at their window sill; I noticed, they have no blinds or curtains at the window and the tiles directly exposed to the sun during the day, they get really hot. This is not a good combination if the faucet is close by and water gets all over the window sill. Since I didn't install the countertop, I recommended to install a piece of stone over the sill because of that reason. At least that's what I always do for my costumers when I install a Kitchen countertop. They didn't follow my recommendation and they still want me to buy and replace the tiles when they supposed to provide tile. Someone is advising them wrong. Glass tiles are not installed with silicone. My goal is to keep all my costumers happy. That is why my company is building a good reputation.

My company does quality work and I make sure my costumers are very happy at the completion of every job. Mr. D[redacted] was never involved in the process. It was his wife who hire me, but that doesn't matter to me anymore. It's a very simple repair of four tiles and I willing to pay the costumer $150.00 to hire someone for the repair. L[redacted]

Review: 1/**/2014 @ 8:15 am entered gas station for gas. Gas attendant who is also the manager was on phone pumping gas. I told him to fill up. I heard the car adjacent to mine asked for 25. The attend still on phone pumped 40 dollars. The customer was angy. paid and left. The attenant then came over to me and I give him my credit card. He then said he rang up as cash and I must pay cash. I said sorry you never told me cash I don't have cash please take my credit card. He said no use the atm. I said no I don't want pay the transaction fee, will you pay the transaction fee. He said no you must pay cash or I will call the police. I go a bit irritate so I got out and look for mgr. He was the only employees and stated that he is the mag. I then took picture of the attendant and of all the permits and legal documents in gas station. At which point the attendant called the police. I took cash out of the atm that cost me 1.75 and told the attendant I am now running late for work and I apologize for being irritate please take the cash. He said no the cops was called and he carried on with insults about west Indian people in community and how he hates them who been over here a long time and think the are better then everyone else. That's I was wrong and being an [redacted] and he will show me who is better. I waited for the cops to show and explained to the cops what happened. They then spoke with the attend and he took the cash.

I want to make a formal complaint

1. no accepting my credit card when they clearly should

2. different price for gas when paying cash

3. not notifying prior to pump gas cash or credit.

4. employee incompetence and disrespectful

5. harassment by employeeDesired Settlement: 1. Apology and employee reprimanded

2. Change policy: no cell phone usage when transaction with customers

3. Cash or credit same price for gas

Review: My car is used BMW X5 2002. The car has no scratches on it. I took the vehicle there to have my car washed. When the car came out from the wash, I immediately saw a thick long scratch in the front left. I am very aware that my car does not even have a tiny scratch because it is garage kept and barley driven.Desired Settlement: Pay for the damage of the vehicle.

Attention [redacted], Friday July [redacted] a young man arrived in a rush to get a carwash in a Silver BMW with a Florida license plate. He has insufficient funds, the wash cost $12.00 the boy could only provide $10.00. He then hurried to the exit of the carwash

where his vehicle was coming out and said there was a scratch. (before car come out of the carcwash he knew where was the scratche)An employee then escorted him to me (Manager) and I asked "What happened?" Before I could even offer a resolution the young man became very rude. A few moments later the young man showed up with his mother, she did not allow me to speak she just made demands. At this time both were becoming very hostile and continued to use vulgar language at which point I asked them to leave. The mother called the police and while waiting for them to arrive the son was

in front of the carwash line waiving people away and saying "its a bad carwash go somewhere else" The mother pleaded with the officer that this car has always been garaged kept but as per enclosed photo it shows how its parked on a busy street.
