10/21/15To whom it may concern, On May 4, we provided life-saving care for this cat, which had a severe pleural effusion To accurately diagnose the cause of the fluid required an ultrasound exam, which was done the next day by a radiologist who has a mobile practice His accurate
diagnosis of severe hypotrophic cardiomyopathy allowed us to follow up with cardiac medications, which have kept the cat alive to this day We were not provided a detailed report, as we only needed the diagnosis This was explained to the client When she persisted in her request for the complete report I contacted the ultrasonographer and she asked him to mail her a copy Unfortunately, she did not receive this He has recently mailed another copyI had thought the matter was closed until receiving this complaint While I regret the miscommunication, I had nothing detailed to share Since the exam was done (actual cost $265), there will be no refund Obviously the skill of the radiologist was an important contributing factor in the care of the animal Sincerely,John D

I am rejecting this response because: DR D*** clearly avoids stating that his assistant Dr J*** told us we could make payments on the surgerysince his assistant told us we could make payments he is responsible to accept payments and that he was at fault...but he clearly avoids the whole subject of what we were told and states about additional surgery will be needed and we already knew thatthat isn't the problem I will make the payments because he did do the service..but the idea of him trying to make him self look good to the Revdex.com is to try and avoid the issue that Dr J*** (his assistant) created

To whom it may concern,
In response to the latest complaint,  I have asked the ultrasonographer to re-mail the DVD, as the one sent was obviously damaged.  He will send it in a box this time.  Also, he has been in contact with the former client to try to address her concerns using Gmail.
As the complaint involve administrative matters, no refund will be issued.  This will be my final communication on this matter.

His accurate diagnosis of severe hypotrophic cardiomyopathy allowed us to follow up with cardiac medications, which have kept the cat alive to this day.  We were not provided a detailed report, as we only needed the diagnosis.  This was explained to the client.  When she persisted in her request for the complete report.  I contacted the ultrasonographer and she asked him to mail her a copy.
Unfortunately, she did not receive this.  He has recently mailed another copy. I had thought the matter was closed until receiving this complaint.  While I regret the miscommunication, I had nothing detailed to share.  Since the exam was done (actual cost $265), there will be no refund.
Obviously the skill of the radiologist was an important contributing factor in the care of the animal.
Sincerely,
John D.
