I am writing this letter to reject the closure of my complaint with Getz Hardwood flooring.  After the initial complaint was sent, I did receive a call from Frank stating that he would pull up the floor so that I could have it fixed and then he would come back to re lay the floor.  I heard from him once since then and that was because I accidently called him.  He returned my call gave me a date of August 6th, which I would be on vacation.  I told him that I would not be at home that day and he stated that he would have to call me back.  I have not heard from him since.  I do not feel that this complaint should be closed because he did not live up to his end of the deal.  It is not that I am just dissatisfied he never did anything to fix the issue that I had initially complained about.  I do not feel that the wording should be that "the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied."  That leaves the impression that he tried to do everything he could and I still was not satisfied.  He has done nothing to fix the issue.  I have spent a lot of money on a floor that could break.   Please address.ID # [redacted]- Getz Hardwood FlooringThank you,[redacted]

I acknowledge the request from this customer and have attempted to set a time to begin removing flooring in order to resolve customer complaint. Customer was not available on initial date offered due to vacation plans and I was waiting for her to contact me when she returned. Instead, she contacted Revdex.com before contacting the contractor. I have communicated with Ms [redacted] (via email below) regarding scheduling another date for work to begin next month and I’m currently waiting for her reply.

You could have easily contacted me once you finished your vacation in order to arrange a date for this work to commence. The next available date I can have the floors removed will be Monday Sept. 28. This would allow your contractor to level the floor Tuesday-Wednesday and Getz would re-install over your newly leveled concrete floor on Thursday and Friday. 
Please advise and I will put this on my schedule. Also please be sure to make arrangements with your concrete contractor so timing works as planned.
