Revdex.com:After reading Jerry’s response regarding complaint ID [redacted] , I would like to clarify for the record that I (not Jerry) was finally able to have the extended warranty transferred on January 6, with assistance from Menard's Customer Service department After Jerry’s lack of response, I had numerous conversations with the department and a manager finally agreed to allow me to provide my email and Revdex.com correspondence with Jerry as documentation to transfer the extended warranty into our name I have attached the email I sent to the warranty division for your reference which ultimately resulted in the transfer Please note that the transfer did not take place until January 6, Jerry's statement that extended warranty was issued in our name prior to this date is simply untrue Jerry completed work on our home in mid-June of and we attempted to work with him for over six months to transfer the extended warranty into our name We provided him with explicit instructions (received from [redacted] customer service) on how to transfer the extended warranty and he still never took action in When Jerry finally contacted Menard’s last week, he still didn’t follow the directions that they provided (and we outlined for him thru our Revdex.com correspondence) indicating that the transfer needed to be submitted in writing via email or fax Attempting to work with Jerry to complete the scope of work he provided was a complete waste of our time While we are happy that the extended warranty has finally been transferred, it was an unnecessarily difficult process due to Jerry’s inactionWe now consider this matter closed since I was able to transfer the warranty Thank you for your assistance on this matter Chris [redacted] Regards, Chris [redacted]

I will contact them to resolve the issues in the complaintThere is no actual paper work for the warranty they just have to call the warranty they received with the water heater and they will be goodthat is what they told me when I called *** to find out about the extended warrantyI

I Just spoke with the extended plan service for the water heater and verified that the information is in there nameThey have to call ###-###-####Then press option one , when they talk to the representative they give them the phone number which is ###-###-#### and it is under Chris's nameThat is what the lady told me to give to you. This has been in there name since the last email I gave to themI also sent an attachment that *** sent to meThanks GeraldAny questions please call ###-###-####
