Geving Exteriors

I have outlined the timeline below. We have never stated that we have employees, we are a small family owned business. We have a select few subcontractors that we work very closely with. We are not denying that a mistake was made on ***'s roof, but the problem has been fixed.The
roof was installed on September 15-2017.*** *** contacted us on 9/19/with concerns about her install. She was leaving town and the soonest appointment she could make was on Friday(9/22) at 5:30pm. 9/22/Went out with a third party inspector that we hired and confirmed that wood was left exposed and they didn't like how the shingles over the front bay window looked. Installation was fine on this area they just preferred a different look. *** was also upset because the satellite company moved her satellite dish. We explained that we can not control where the satellite is positionedThere was black caulk used on the chimney area. *** also complained that starter was not used around the entire house. We confirmed that it was used but there was a small area that was damaged and agreed that it should be replacedWe also replaced a few shingles where the installer had put the nails a little low (there is a specific "strip" where the nails go).After our meeting a told *** I would call her over the weekend to set up a date to complete repairs.9/Spoke with *** and let her know we could have everything ready to go on Monday, (9/25), she agreed. All repairs where completed on MondayI also let her know that we would be sending the same inspector out Tuesday or Wednesday to make sure all of the repairs have been completed and I would contact her as soon as I heard from inspector.9/Spoke with *** although repairs are completed she is still not happy with the area the had exposed wood prior to repairWe let her know that we would dissolve our contract and they could find someone else to repair or we would make one more attempt. *** stated she would find another company. I let here know that I would have our attorney draw something up for her piece of mind. 9/*** called *** and changed her mind she wants us to complete the repairsWe agreed to send another company out to re-repair area but this would be the last time. She also wants the bay window on the front redone because the shingles pattern doesn't meet her satisfactionWe will also redo this area. Unfortunately, we will be canceling the rest of their contract and will filing a small claims case against them for the check they put a stop payment on.Please let me know if you need copies of the invoices, contract or loss sheet
