Purchased motorcycle from Geza 3/with Year WarrantyThe cover failed in 2/Main seam tore , black cover turned silver grey from sun and dry rotted, causing fist size hole in coverFollowed all Geza instructions for returning cover for replacementCover returned and received at Geza on 2/1/I have emails from Geza stating the returned cover would be covered under their warrantySince then, I have been promised numerous times that my new replacement cover was being sentSpoke with mgrTom Cherry and over the last month with owner and President Tom C***This company has grossly missed every commitment they have made to their customerNo customer follow upI asked some time ago, please give me a new cover or simply refund the original cover price, almost $400, and I will purchase another cover from a reputable companySure hope you can help me
I purchased a Geza Gear cover for my *** *** *** *** Motorcycle They sent me covers, the first cover that you put on the bike is a rain cover and the second cover is a stretch cover that goes over the rain cover The inside cover did not fit well I sent pictures to the sales rep that sold me the cover and spoke to him about the ill fitting cover He guaranteed that the cover fit as it should and that it would not scratch my motorcycle Upon uncovering the bike, the paint was scratched The cost of the repairs is over $
I special ordered Geza Gear’s top of the line cover for my *** ***The cost was $The order was promptly filled and shippedThe purpose of the cover was for towing on my trailerThe first time I used it (and I followed directions carefully) I towed it approximately milesIt seemed to perform wellHowever, when I took the cover off the trike I first noticed some debris in my seatThen I noticed scuff marks on my fairing, lower faring, fenders, trunk and just about every place the cover touchedI was sick to see my $35,trike that had just been detailed to a mirror finish prior to putting the cover on it and hauling, with dull scuff marks all aroundI immediately called Geza Gear since it was during the holidays, they would get back with me in a week or soI emailed pictures of the damage and waited for a responseAfter two weeks of not hearing from them , I called again They were very apologetic and said they’d get right on it and ask me to send them pictu
