Completely unimpressed with simple service at their VW department. I went in for my 10,000 mile service with my 2015 Jetta and the next day the low oil light came on. I called their main line, was transferred to what I was told was their service dept whilst driving to the dealership, was on hold for over 8 minutes even as I walked up to the counter only to find out that I was not on hold with their dept. Then, come to find out, the tech who changed my oil the day before apparently didn't realize that my model year required more quarts of oil than previous model years so I had to waste my valuable time, two days before Christmas, because of his lack of the most basic knowledge. Additionally, the tech who made the original mistake had been asked by my daughter to please change the factory wiper blades for RainX Latitude blades. He couldn't figure out how so said that they weren't compatible even though the RainX website says they are and multiple fittings are offered in the package. Well, I figured it out tonight sitting at my kitchen table. Avoid this service department. If an oil change and wiper blade change can't be done correctly the first time then something is wrong.
