GFC Leasing

I am in receipt of your letter dated Thursday November 17, 2016. GFC Leasing was chosen by this customer to provide them with a lease for equipment they selected. A lease allows the customer to utilize the equipment and pay for it over time. The customer chose the vendor from
whom they received the equipmentThis vendor also provides the customer with ongoing equipment maintenance which is under a separate contract between the customer and their chosen vendor. A lease document with GFC Leasing which defines the monthly payment amount, number of payments, first payment date as well as any other terms and conditions was provided to the customer in advance for their review. The customer executed the lease document. Prior to the start of the lease, the customer executed a delivery and acceptance certification which indicates to GFC Leasing that the customer has received and accepted the selected equipment GFC Leasing also confirmed the adequacy of the equipment with the customer via phone prior to the start of the lease. GFC Leasing is aware of the dispute between the customer and vendor and will continue to actively mediate a resolution between the two parties
