GFI management (The Anniston @ City View Apartments)

Honsestly will NOT be backWe did not meet the owner personally so I can't speak of him but one of his employees was RUDE! A young man by the name of Keit (at least what he said) was working today and all he kept saying was they are about to close and he needs to goMentioned it 4xsWe kept waiting for help and noticed he disappeared and was out in a car talking to someone while customers were insideWhile waiting for him to help us he walked up to us 2-3xs just to walk away during mid sentence to a different customer when they would ask a questionThen we asked to look at two items and their are boxes EVERYWHERE litterally barley any room to walk around and can't even tell what they have for such a LARGE buildingWE had to move the boxes that were in the way of the item while he did something on his phone, my husband had to show me how the item worked while he stood there offering no assistanceThen showed us another item and we said the matress wasn't thick enough and didnt offer to show us anything elseWe felt very unwelcomed, he wasn't interested at all in helping usWe understand people want to go home but we arrived BEFORE closingVery rude, distracted, and uninterested employee

This item was returned and a full refund was given for this item back in March The buyer originally never gave me an opportunity to respond before filing this complaint I was out of town for days and not responding to his emails, so he got very upset and filed this complaint If you call the buyer, he can confirm these details of the refund

I recently went to purchase something from this businessI found the item in craigslist and texted to make sure it was still there as per the ad said to doI got a one word "yes" responseI then went to show the said item to my boyfriend to decide if we would like to purchase itWhen I went to show him the ad it had been taken downI then texted again and asked if the item was still avaliable since it was taken downI then got a response of something along the lines of if you didn't come get it then it is still hereVery rude way to talk to customers in my opinion but I wanted the item so I texted back and told them I would come get it in Saturday (the next day) I received no replyI then drove an hour and a half to get said item only to be told it was already sold and a "we told you" I was not told they would sell itI was told that they still had it and was under the impression that it was being set aside for meThis business is unprofessional and rudeThey need to learn some customer service skillsNeedless to say I bought nothing from them and I won't buy anything from them everI hope you do not get mesmerized by good deals only to get treated poorly by this business like I was

This was an absolutely ridiculously terrible experience for me. I went to the address for this business after making an appointment, when I got there I saw no sign of the business, I called the person I set the appointment up with EIGHT times, and texted 5 times. After half an hour of waiting I sent a final text saying I was leaving and I was very upset. The man texted me back saying "I am with other customers !!! I moved to a different place last week." I was angry that I wasn't informed of this when I set up my appointment. He responded "boo-hoo, go to Walmart and pay full price, I'm busy" he continued to insult me until I ended the text exchange. I am a small business owner and my time if very valuable. I hope no one else has to deal with the crap and unbelievable rudeness that I had to.
