Review: I have been waiting patiently for a long time for the gift cards (or cash) that was promised me from doing surveys. Originally, when I contacted the Wichita branch, it was only $70 worth of gift cards. Now, I have cashed out for an additional $25. So, right now, I am owed minimally $95 in gift cards (the amount could go higher, when I continue to do more surveys for them).Desired Settlement: I feel I have earned this money fairly and equitably. Apparently, the Wichita branch of the Revdex.com has stated that GFK has a lot of complaints (hundreds). It is one of the most complained about companies in their service. I want to be honest about everything. I stated a less then friendly voicemail message to GFK officer [redacted] ###-###-####. But, that was after maybe 20x trying to get my money. I feel they are avoiding me (and many others) at all cost. My desire to continue to do surveys for them and to get paid equitably for my services. The $95 is only a minimal amount compared to the amount I WANT to make for them, but I want my money.

Review: My 89 yr old mother, [redacted], signed up on line to fill out surveys for this company. They have now hijacked her email account and are sending out emails from her email address to people in her contact list.

I personally have received 3 email in the past 2 days. I open the email assuming it is from her yet is is from "Knowlege Panel" asking me to fill out a survey.

I emailed them and asked to be removed from their email list and they replied that they would need my name, address, phone number, etc.Desired Settlement: This company should bot be fishing and deceptively sending out advertising by hijacking unsuspecting consumers

Response:

This complaint was resolved with the person who filed it. I understand that the person was upset by receiving emails with survey invitations from GfK KnowledgePanel. We had sent emails directly to her mother who was a member of our online Survey Research panel. The mother had accepted our invitation to join our panel and provided her email address to us. We would not have sent emails to the complainant because she is not a member of our panel and we do not have her email address. I was so puzzled by the situation that I telephoned the person who issued the complaint. She was in a bit of a rush, so the conversation was short. I told her that we had sent communications directly to her mother and that we do not have her email address. She said she has not received any more of the emails and ended the conversation. An hour or so later, the complainant called me and told me that she got to the bottom of how the emails landed in her email account, and acknowledged that we did not have a part in sending them to her. She also said she would contact your organization to inform you that she is withdrawing her complaint.

Review: I routinely fill out surveys for this company on various products. The company is representating other companies and trying to find out how new products or services will be received from the general public. For each survey that I have qualified for, I receive points. I have received up to 4325 points and now want to redeem them for prizes. I have followed all of the proper registration on the GFK website and have accepted their terms and conditions for their external points program. They now transfer the points to an outside vendor and they say it takes 1-2 weeks to do this. It has been 2 weeks and I do not see where my points are for me to request a prize. They only show a portion of my points (1325) from their previous website "[redacted]". Three times I have sent them a request to explain to me where I can find my points to request a prize. And, three times they have responded and told me how I can redeem them, but I have already completed all of their requests and followed their instructions to redeem my points and I have told them this three times! They either do not understand what I am asking or they are incompetent or this company is a scam. In any case, I feel I am asking a simple question and deserve a good and decent explanation. I have waited the alloted amount of time that is mentioned on their website. I have answered many of their surveys, in good faith, for several months now. I would like to be paid for my time with a prize of my own choosing. Can you please help me do this?Desired Settlement: I want to be able to choose a prize from their outside external vendor. I have already redeemed my points of 3000 to do this and have waited the amount of time that their website says it takes to wait. I do not want any more explanations of "how" to redeem my points because I have already done this.

Review: I completed a mystery shopping assignment as assigned on July **. I had technical issues, and contacted the scheduler for assistance. The scheduler never opened my email. I made repeated attempts to contact the scheduler with no response. I contacted the company, and a different scheduler reassigned the mystery shop to me. The same thing happened: I had technical issues, and the scheduler never opened my email to assist. The assignment was cancelled both times. The schedulers now refuse to respond to any of my attempts at communications. I have multiple sent emails showing my attempts to contact the schedulers.Desired Settlement: They owe me $20.00 for an assignment that was completed as assigned broken down as follows: $5 for shop fee and $15 for purchase reimbursement. I have receipts.
