After getting several quotes for a heat pump replacement in our home, we decided to go with GForce Mechanical Inc We had an year old heat pump that was inoperable Greg (owner) was the second person to visit our home and the first out of four companies to provide a quote which was compecitive I went with Greg because he was extremely knowledgeable about the products he sold, took the time to answer my questions and I felt he went above and beyond my expectations I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market for a heat pump installation!
My wife and I were looking to install Mitsubishi FH series heat pumps by someone who values attention to detail Greg@GForce was recommended by another person with his ear to the ground in the HVAC industryHe suggested I contact Greg, as he considered him [redacted] After having two systems installed (single Zone FHand now Multi Zone 30k (12/12/9) both H2i I can absolutely agreeThey are always on time, provide accurate assessments, great communication, is a no BS, real guy to talk to, and above all else they really take pride in their work If you are looking for someone to do a job right the first time, and don't want your system to fall apart after a few years from outsourcing [redacted] parts, or even worse not have parts available at all, I recommend looking into the Mitsubishi FH series In short, I can't recommend these guys enough
Truly amazingOur heat pump stopped workingI called Greg (never having been a client before and called because of his sticker on our unit)I wanted a service call What he did was spend minutes on the phone, talking me through trouble shooting and making sure I knew where on my unit I needed to look at or maintenance After investing this time with me, he tells me to call him back if the heat doesn't kick back in He fixed our unit, remotely, and without chargeIt is so rare to find a company like this these days Thank you Greg
