Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 15, 2015/12/08) */ Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 17, 2015/12/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) 12/13/ I do not accept because the store could give me proof of M.Opurchase to send it with the complain formThe store manager did not give it to me until the M.Ohad been cashedGFPS could have advised me that the copy of the complain was available on line for me to print but they did notI was told to go to the store where I purchased it to obtain oneEven with obtaining that, it was not going to be enough for this company because it also required me to attach one portion of the M.Owhich I did not have because I lost the complete blank M.OBeside all that, this company wanted a copy of a portion of the M.Oand the complain form to be mailed out to themThey do not want it by fax or e-mailWhile I was trying to comply with all of that from the 1st of the month, when I found out that I had lost the M.Oand report it to GFPS on the 2nd of the month and the 4th of the month when the M.Owas cashed, this GFPS company was not doing anything to protect its customer, meI believe as its customer, I have the right to be protected in some way against lost or stolen M.OIt does seem that GFPS company has any protection for its customers or care for themGFPS must have a way to stop payment on M.Owhen someone report them stolen or loss before it is cashed like I did reported it before it was cashed, or even when someone report it lost or stolen after it has been cashed if the owner has not been the one cashing itOr this company should have a system that before the cashing place cash any M.Othat they require to check with the M.Oissuer first to find out if that M.Ohas not been reported stolen or lostCustomer protection has to be a priorityThis days anybody can still from youI request my M.Oto be replaced to me and that this company implement some kind of protection for its clients Most of them who have to purchase M.Owhich that is the only payment method some apartment owners accept like in my case that is the reason I purchase M.OGFPS can start caring for its customers by replacing my M.O.to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I do not accept because the store could give me proof of M.O. purchase to send it with the...

complain form. The store manager did not give it to me until the M.O. had been cashed. GFPS could have advised me that the copy of the complain was available on line for me to print but they did not. I was told to go to the store where I purchased it to obtain one. Even with obtaining that, it was not going to be enough for this company because it also required me to attach one portion of the M.O. which I did not have because I lost the complete blank M.O. Beside all that, this company wanted a copy of a portion of the M.O. and the complain form to be mailed out to them. They do not want it by fax or e-mail. Customer protection has to be a priority. This days anybody can still from you. I request my M.O. to be replaced to me and that this company implement some kind of protection for its clients Most of them who have to purchase M.O. which that is the only payment method some apartment owners accept like in my case that is the reason I purchase M.O. GFPS can start caring for its customers by replacing my M.O.to me.
