I just received a refund check. However no actions were taken against [redacted], the employee who asked "what's wrong with her?" About my severely disabled daughter.

Review: We received horrible service from [redacted] during our tax appointment where I was forced to walk out of the office. The owner [redacted], emailed saying he would refund me my $100.00 and has not.Desired Settlement: $100.00 RefundAction taken against [redacted].
