I contacted the owner to inquire about beauty services (eyebrow tattooing) before booking an appointmentNo information was divulged either by email or on the website about needing to book touch up services subsequent to having the initial service performedI heard a friend mention that a touch up might be needed later and emailed the owner to confirm thisWhen she finally confirmed in a tersely worded email that yes, a touch up would be needed, I realized that I would have to fly back to have it done which made the price unattractiveI requested a refund due to the merchant's neglect to inform me of this and she refusedMy appointment was cancelled 2-weeks in advance of my appointment and I feel that it is thievery for her to keep my money knowing she did not provide all of the information I needed to make a decision of whether to purchase her services in the first place
