From: [redacted] < [redacted] @***.com>Date: Tue, Dec 22, at 12:PMSubject: Complaint [redacted] To: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>I sent this the day we spoke, I hope it was not lost in Internet space!***Complaint: I hired Jonathan G [redacted] owner of G&G Contractors of Kunkletown, Pa., to install a woodstove.He and his crew helped me pick it up on 11/14/2015.Upon bringing it over, we agreed the bill was $for labor and materials and $for chimney piping.They were to begin the following Saturday between 7:& 8:November 21stThat Saturday no one showed upWe rescheduled for the following Saturday at 7:I sent a text to confirm on Thursday.He wrote back and told me all of his problems and that he could not get out until Sunday so I changed my schedule to accommodate again.On Sunday he texted me at 7:that he was coming out now 11/29/15, it was followed by a text a 9:I heard more complaints of his issues as he has car trouble and no guys to help.We decided on Sunday 12/6/and I stayed home while my wife and son went to her Grandfather's funeral in Cincinnati aloneI texted him and asked if he could start at 9:00due to thisThen he blew up at me for being problematic.I finally said I can't help your company problems, but these are not my issuesThis is my busy season I am in."I gave two options 1)return the money or 2)January work in JanuaryHe wanted he wanted to work in JanuaryI thought about it but couldn't wait that long because I gave him over half the moneyI asked him to come Sunday 12/and he did not show.I asked for everything I paid for backHe told me he would keep $for his moving the stove and $was his for returning a partHe reniged on this 12/9/and would not return any money.I have receipts for $for the deposit and $for the materials = $ Resolution:I am asking for a total of $allowing him to keep $for moving the stove

the address for G&G contracting is *** *** *** *** , Kunkletown pa ***i tried to enclose an attachment of the picture of roof that is different colors and different styles (architectural and 3-tabs) hard to show picture of leaking unless in a video Jonathan may
reply, by saying, "she was aware of mixed shingles, for a cheaper cost." however I have text, where I asked him if the shingles on back roof are all the same color and he responds YUPPER, as close as to the other ones

Contractors of Kunkletown, Pa., to install a woodstove.He and his crew helped me pick it up on 11/14/2015.Upon bringing it over, we agreed the bill was $1300 for labor and materials and $279 for chimney piping.They were to begin the following Saturday between 7:00 & 8:00 November 21st. That Saturday no one showed up. We rescheduled for the following Saturday at 7:00. I sent a text to confirm on Thursday.He wrote back and told me all of his problems and that he could not get out until Sunday so I changed my schedule to accommodate again.On Sunday he texted me at 7:14 that he was coming out now 11/29/15, it was followed by a text a 9:18 I heard more complaints of his issues as he has car trouble and no guys to help.We decided on Sunday 12/6/2015 and I stayed home while my wife and son went to her Grandfather's funeral in Cincinnati alone.
