The customer is correct in that the total bill was inadvertently charged solely to her credit card, with nothing charged to the customer's friend cardUpon her discovery , the customer called demanding that we refund the$overcharge to her card.We explained that we would be happy to do
so once the customer's friend provided us with her credit card information to ensure we were paid for the entire $billThis is entirely reasonable in todays environment with all the scamming that occurs in commerce.The customer's friend did contact us,but refused to provide her credit card informationTherfore,the customer has two optiosGet the $from her friend or have her friend provide us with her credit card informationUpon charging her friend's card ,we will be happy to refund the customer's overcharge.
