No response to additional refund due
We moved into Crystal Cove Apartments and resided there for over a year We recently moved out, leaving the apartment spotless When we received our security deposit it was much less than what we expectedThey charged us for utilities that we had already paid and other fees that we don't understand We have made numerous attempts to contact Janeth at GGE Management She has not returned any calls or emails When you call the office you never get a live person, it always goes directly to voicemail We have spoken to *** *** at Crystal Cove on occasions and both times she informed us that she would have Janeth call us but we have yet to hear from her I feel this company may do this in an attempt to keep the additional monies owed to tenants, hoping that the tenants will just give up on obtaining any money due to them

GGE failed to refund security depositDeducted $from my deposit for wear and tearReimbursement due to elevator issues on move out
I lived in a GGE Managed Property: Crystal Cove Beach Resort at *** *** Club Way *** from December until April 30, When I gave my notice and moved out, I was told by the apartment building manager, *** that they didn't refund security deposits My apartment was left in pristine condition, and my original security deposit was $
Also, the elevator that was right next to my apartment was not operational at move out It had been broken for a few months and *** promised it would be fixed and functional at my move out date Well, it was not, and my professional mover charged me $in additional labor to take my belongings all the way to the back of the building and then back through the garage
I called GGE Management several times after my move out about this additional moving charge I incurred and my depos

I moved out of my apartment at *** *** *** *** on March 1, by the terms of my lease the apartment complex has one month to give me my deposit backNot only did they not give me my deposit back, they claimed I owed them money and fabricated late feeYou can see from the other complaints I'm Revdex.com that the only way to get the deposit back is by filing a complaint to the Revdex.com, so that is what I am doing itI have tried to contact the management office via email and by phone and have left messages for Janeth on several occasions and have not had one single email or phone call returned

Deposit Refund not received
I moved out of my apartment on 3/10/and was assured I would receive my deposit back within weeksAccording to California state law, they are required to return it within calendar days- it is now the 23rd calendar dayThe manager does not answer my calls or return my messagesThis is on par with her behavior the whole time I lived thereThis is the worst management company to rent from- I caution against it!

The new management at Marina Bay Club in Hermosa Beach (owned by GGE Management) does not honorably resolve maintenance issues
The method in which GGE Management wants tenants to communicate their issues/complaints is via an online portalI have lived at Marina Bay Club in Hermosa Beach for almost years, with no issues until the new management was brought in
There are a number of maintenance issues that were not honorably resolved, listed below:
1) Carpet replacement - Landlords Norma & Fernando took over my request which was to replace the carpet for tenants that have lived in the same unit for yearsDuring the carpet install, the carpet installers damaged my furniture & TV & walls I took pictures, shared with landlords and they took ZERO responsibilityThey did not bother to come in and even fix the damage (cracks) in the walls because the paint was different and they would have to repaint the entire wallPoor service for a long time resident, considering I hav

Promised Deposit Check not sent, no communication received from company
A lease was signed for the property located at XXXXX *** *** Apt *** *** *** on in July of 2015, with the lessees of *** *** and *** *** This was a month lease, with an automatic month-to-month continuing basis after expiration of the leaseProper notice of vacating was given prior to June 30th, 2016, when the apartment was vacated
On July 23rd, 2016, *** *** received a check in the mail for the amount due in a security desposit refund ($1082.15), however the check was made out to "*** *** & *** ***." As *** *** moved out prior to the termination of the lease, *** *** sought the full amount The letter accompanying the check included instructions to contact *** *** of GGE Management with any questions regarding the security deposit refund *** *** immediately sent an email detailing the issues with the check, but received no email
