Review: In the end of September, I parked my car at GGMC Parking Lot. 1 hr and 1/2 later the back of the driver side of my car was scratched. THe paint of the car has been scratched. We told the guys working there. They gave us a form to fill out.
I emailed [redacted] 1week later with photos and asking when they will repair the car. I got a reply back from [redacted] who is the manager there and he said he forwarded my email and photos to district manager and that he will get back to me the following week.
10/*, I wrote another email for an update and now I don't even get any reply. I left 2 voice messages on [redacted] phone and no call back.
I told them that I would file a complaint with Revdex.com and file a report to the police, which I haven't done yet.
So 2 months have passed and I still have the long scratch on my new car and no one is returning my emails or voice messages.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to contact me so that I can get my car repaired asap. My car is a 2013 Nissan Murano

Review: I drive a GMC Envoy and when I attempted to park in this lot today the man on duty asked me how long I would be there. I told him 2 hours and he said it would be $100.00 to park there. When I pointed out that there was a sign at the entrance stating it was $23.66 on Sunday for 12 hours he insisted it was more for my SUV vehicle, which was not stated on the sign. When I asked for proof he showed me a sheet that said trucks were $100. When I asked for a card for the lot with its details he refused and threatened to call the police.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call or letter of apology with an explanation from the management.

We are reviewing the claim. We do have a high priced truck rate but we do not apply it on Sunday and not to a GMC Envoy.
We apologize for our attendants behavior and will refund any excess charges if the complainant paid the fee.
GGMC Parking works diligently to hire and train quality employees and greatly appreciates any input from customers that will help us improve and maintain the quality of service.
