At this time, I have been contacted directly by GGMC Parking regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:After filing my complaint with Revdex.com, my husband and I again contacted GGMC demanding they reimburse out rental expenses They again refused, stating that we did not recognize their "good faith efforts" to repair or damaged vehicle I then contacted our car insurance company, USAA They were very helpful They were able to reimburse our rental expenses in full and they plan to pursue GGMC for the costs So, while my husband and I have recovered our rental expenses through our car insurance, at this point I am not sure if GGMC has reimbursed our rental expenses to USAA In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

GGMC investigated the claim in June*** *** was called and a voice message left requesting further information and pictures on June **The information requested has not been receivedFurthermore, the garage manager confirmed the information providedThe customer was upset and did not
complete an incident form which helps in investigations relating to claims of damage to vehiclesFurther investigation into actions of the facility staff are ongoingGGMC will review this matter more fully upon receipt of full information concerning the incident and the provision of photographsThis was conveyed in the voice message in JuneThe customer may submit an estimate of repair for review

Review: My car was damaged by GGMC parking garage. They tore a hole in the top of my Honda CRV when an attendant attempted to drive it under a mechanical lift that was adjusted too low. They did not want a claim to go through their insurance company. They were quite cooperative at first, so my husband and I agreed to this. They did pay for the repairs to our vehicle in full. Our car was at the body shop for 1 month given repair time and delays from the holiday. When the body shop that we used deposited their check, the bank placed a 10 day hold on their check. This thereby lengthened the amount of time before we were allowed to pick up our vehicle and the time we had a rental. GGMC is now claiming that the repairs took too long and they are refusing the reimburse in full our rental costs of $1,561.36. If they do not reimburse our rental costs we plan to pursue this issue in civil court.Desired Settlement: We would like our rental reimbursement costs reimbursed in full.

Review: I left my car in the parking garage. Unfortunately I forgot to leave my keys. The attendants put my car on rollers and smashed my fender. I showed up with the keys a few minutes later. I did not see the fender until I picked the car up in the evening and filled out a report with the attendant.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide their insurance information so I can get my car repaired.It has been over a month. When I inquire about the claim, they do not get back to me in a timely fashion, and they are taking way too long to review the claim.
