is hereby made to the complaint filed against us on December 27, 2015.The
Taxes in question are year 2012, 2013, and County and Borough per capita
Taxes which are levied and assessed, including our collection activities and
costs of
collection under the authority of the Local Tax Enabling Act, Act of
December 31, 1965, PL 1257, Noand all current amendments.While
the tax obligations we are collecting in this matter are debts, the courts have
held they are not “consumer debts” that are “voluntarily incurred by the
debtor”. It is averred that we are
governed by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which we are
not. For reference see Pollice v
National Tax Funding, L.P., F.3d 379, (3rd Cir2000),
citing Staub vHarris, F.2d 275, (3rd Cir1980)On
December 16, 2015, our Representative could not gain access to this person’s
door as the main entry door was locked, so the notice was left on the outside
door. He had no idea there was a private
entry. The delivery of a delinquent tax
notice is authorized by the Local Tax Enabling Act and the fact the notice was
left on the main entry door is no different than the procedure followed by a
constable or a utility company when no one is home.This
person would like nothing better than for us to stop collecting the taxes that
are owed. In fact they returned our last
notice and wrote on it “QUIT BRINGING THIS CRAP TO ME”. This notice was the eighth notice that we
mailed or delivered to their residence. In
order for us to stop our collection procedures they will either need to provide
proof they paid year 2012, 2013, and County and Municipal per capita taxes
or to pay the full amount currently due to this office.Sincerely

I am writing in regards to GH Harris IncI have accts that I am being threatened over that need to be discussed they are charging me fees that they would charge someone that works an I do notI am medically disabled an I know a person that doesn't even work under circumstances only pays about I try constantly to reach someone with the phone numbers I have for them at no avail they are constantly busy no voicemail service to even leave a message to have them contact myselfThey are threatening to have a sheriff action off my belongs which like yeah good luck with that I will strip down naked on my porch an give you what I own some s*** clothing from w*** an thrift storesI am getting to the point that I am about ready to see about finding a lawyer to sue them for the undue stress they are putting me under in my medical state, as I have PTSD, Severe COPD Anxiety issues, Hepatitis server arthritis, diabetes an also fibromyalgaI have issues with breathing an am also on oxygen Just trying to contact these people is upsetting enough an the fact they have ppl coming to my door an threatening me when I can't even contact someone from their office to try an fix an resolve these issues I refuse to pay until they are looked at because their figures are wrong is upsetting to say the least But I do not think they deserve some A rating for a company that uses bullying tactics an can not even be reached by phone with having phone numbers for their businessSo I guess I say take me to court an I'll see ya there, bring a sheriff to my house to sell what I own, cuz I own nothing but the clothing I wear on my backHeck I worked months last yr an Domestic relations took our income tax refund for my husbands back child support so good luck an get in line

are the delinquent Tax collector for the County and Borough. The delinquent tax collector has all the
powers of a regular tax collector.Again,
for the matter to be resolved, either provide proof they paid year 2012, 2013,
and 2014 County and Municipal per capita taxes or pay the full amount currently
