In response to the former Tenants complaint, the Tenant signed a year lease starting 07/22/and ending 07/31/We received his day notice on May 5th, to vacate on 05/31/The former tenant did not give proper notice,
however we did accept it and allow him to move out at the end of the month (proper notice needs to be received no later then the 1st day of the month per our lease agreement) He had months left on his year lease and paid rent through 05/31/according to his ledgerWe agreed to let him out of his lease early with a break lease fee of months rentG&H requires all tenants to clean their carpets at the time of move out or they will be charged this is also in our lease agreementG & H Management manages this apartment for the Owner, this is completely separate from G & H Real Estate SalesAll leases are legal binding contracts and Tenants are financially responsible to the end of the lease
I have attached a copy of the carpet cleaning receipt to this response
G & H Management did repair the broken window and replaced a screen at no charge to the former Tenant
We feel in this case we were fair to both the owner of the property and the tenant
