At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gh Waste regarding complaint ID 11486713, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Despite having been provided proof of being charged more per month than originally agreed upon, GH Waste continues to argue in their favor and intends...
to continue charging the higher monthly rate. In addition to this, they refuse to terminate the automatic withdrawals from the account for which they have no permission to perform. It required a great level of persistence in order to get - and keep - someone on the phone long enough to discuss these issues and to no resolve. In the end we have terminated our agreement with them; we will use a differnet vendor for waste disposal moving forward.
