Review: This business misrepresented services rendered and sub contracted repair services not in line with his/her business. The business is an accounting firm perpetuating as a general contractor. on 5/**/15 the [redacted] employed the services of GHI Construction license #[redacted] to repair the sidewalk/walkway of the adjacent house next door. The contractor GHI signed an agreement to completely demo side walk area which included my driveway 19 feet by 13 feet, along with installation of new cement and rebars to anticipate driveway. The said agreement stated that driveway would be restored to original driveway cement marginal line and that repairs would be done in a professional manner. However, upon completion of repairs by GHI Contractors the sidewalk/driveway was restored with substandard work and craftsmanship. The concrete is not level, the concrete was installed incorrectly posing a hazard to pedestrians and house occupants. The concrete is substandard along with the installation/pouring. The resulting work is horrendous.Contact of the General Contractor employing the subcontractor has been very uncooperative and not forthcoming in insuring the quality of work promised and secured is completed.Desired Settlement: I would like the work redone correctly and pro bono work offered commensurate with the unsatisfactory work rendered.
