I appreciate the business to responseI would have not submitted complaint to Revdex.com if the business responsed to my emails in this timely mannerI am very disappointed to the business' service because they did not response to my inquiries/questions in time, every time it takes me days and enomous effect to get a response from them, and all the time the response they provided does not carry useful informationI believe the answer they provide to Revdex.com just take minutesBut it took me more then one month to get this simple answer, the process to get this simple answer is exhausting, I consider their service quality really lowI wish they can be more responsive in the future and do not force me to get to a point to submit complaint to Revdex.com for another case

Unfortunately pictures of violations are not a requirement of the association or state statute, but given the fact that this property received separate violations from different community inspections over the course of months limits the possibility of these being sent in errorWhile we would
like to waive the outstanding fines in a gesture of good faith, the association’s Board has specifically denied such a requestMr*** has been provided information from our office pertaining to the date, time, and location of the next Board meeting which is the appropriate venue to further discuss this issue directly with the BoardWe do not charge late fees on outstanding violation finesPlease also understand that we are “agents” for the association and do not make these decisions on behalf of our clients, the decision-making authority is held with the elected Board of Directors

But it took me more then one month to get this simple answer, the process to get this simple answer is exhausting, I consider their service quality really low. I wish they can be more responsive in the future and do not force me to get to a point to submit complaint to Revdex.com for another case.
