From April 9th,2014 to June 11,2014 I have received sporadic responses regarding production. @ June 1st-3rd,2014 gmail re:finishing touches being add. From April 9,2014-June 11,2014 I have sent emails to GWE and received sporadic responses in regards to the completion and production of a book trailer.Dates:April 9,11,12,21,29.May5,14,15,26.June 3,4,11,2014. Between June 1stto June 3rd.received a email stating finishing touches were being added to trailer. I have sent in furtherance emails thereafter and have not received any response thereafter.A refund was offered due to certain requests and scenes needing certain permissions. I declined the refund and asked if the trailer could be completed without certain effects/feaatures and was told yes.I stated continue with the production. I do not want a refund. I want the completed trailer. This company does do great work however in responding to a customer is horrendous. I have only received one or two emails stating please accept our apologies thereafter nothing. No response of any kind from any of their email addresses.Trailer name is [redacted] is a buy one get one free offer and payment was through [redacted] receipt ID:XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.Total $89.00. Gold package.Desired SettlementAll I am requesting is the paid for trailer to be completed. A response and truthful ready date not a date of promise trailer will be ready within this week and that week passes and then no response thereafter as if they aware they are wrong and don't know how to respond to the customer.Business Response As Mr. [redacted] has affirmed, we previously offered a refund to him in light of the fact that the specific requests that he's made for his project are not supported by the budget he's committed to the work. As such, we once again are offering a full refund to him for the amount that he previously paid for his project. If he will kindly provide us with his [redacted] account address, we will forward the funds to him immediately. Thank you.Consumer Response Consumer called and said that they have not received their refund.Business Response We previously requested Mr. [redacted] email address so we could forward his refund to him accordingly; however, he has yet to provide us with that specific information. Our official email address is [redacted]. Once he apprises us of the requested info, we'll gladly process his refund.

Video "trailer" for book was supposed to be posted on 100 video sites like [redacted], and [redacted]. It was only posted on [redacted].Mr. [redacted] ([redacted]) of Ghost Writer Extraordinaire aka, "GWE", "G W Reviews" runs a business making and distributing trailers and reviews for Self-Published books. I pre-purchased 3 "Gold" packages and 1 "Silver" package from him. Mr. [redacted] was contracted to make and distribute a "Gold package" trailer for my book "Mr. [redacted]". The problem is that the package that I purchased included distribution to 100 video sharing sites, which he did not do. Mr. [redacted] has sent me a copy of the trailer, and put it on [redacted]. When asked about the other 99 promised postings, he informed me that they are "secret" and he won't tell me where they actually are because keeping them secret gives him a competitive edge. Other legitimate marketing companies provide details of where the marketing product is placed. It is not a "competitive edge" to hide that information from the customer. He said they are well known video sharing sites like [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I cannot find my trailer on those sites, and a [redacted] search has not found it anywhere other than [redacted]. I have tried to find "100 appropriate quality sites" as he advertises, but even finding 100 sites in English, much less book related, is not possible. He claims he can't refund my money because he sent me the copy of the trailer, which he promptly sent when I asked about distribution. His company's claim of providing distribution is unproven. I cannot find any sign of distribution, and he refuses to provide proof. This is an advertising/marketing service. His claim of a competitive edge by keeping the 100 appropriate quality sites a secret makes no sense. I can not use the sites for advertising if potential customers can not find the trailer. The trailer can only be found on [redacted]. It is not on the other sites he mentioned, and extensive searching can not find the trailer on any other sites, secret or not.Instead of providing me with proof of distribution, Mr. [redacted] refunded the money for the unused packages, but claims he can not refund my money for the trailer he finished because he has given me a copy of it. Mr. [redacted] did not fulfill his contract, which included distribution. Mr. [redacted] no longer replies to my emails.Desired SettlementI want my video distributed as contracted. I want proof it has been done. I want to be able to send people to the sites where it has been posted, so I need the URLS.Failing that, I want a refund for the "Gold" package I purchased. Business Response As Mr. [redacted] has stated, our firm completed the initial draft of the video, made the specific revisions he requested, then finalized the trailer, provided him with a hard copy of the video, the direct link and embed code for the trailer on our [redacted] channel, and submitted it to various video sharing channels. All of these services are outlined in the book trailer package he purchased. As we've previously informed Mr. [redacted], we do not release the full list of channels to which our trailers are distributed, as it is proprietary information. This information was never promised to him, and this is a regular practice by similar firms in our industry. Because all aspects of the book trailer package Mr. [redacted] purchased have been fulfilled, we consider this matter closed.Consumer Response The reply by Mr. [redacted] is not correct. He did not distribute the trailer to the channels as he claimed. No channel other than [redacted] has the trailer. As this is the most important of the features of the Gold Package, and the number of channels is the primary difference between his Gold, Silver and Bronze packages, and therefore not an incidental part of the package, he has not fulfilled the agreement. As to his claim that this is proprietary, it is not. It is part of the agreement to distribute to 100 quality channels. He has not done so. His claim that this is standard practice in the industry is not true either. The only other company I found which does this is his own, under a different name.
