This customer is correct that they have not received their item For that I am truly sorry Yes I was gone over July 4th, and upon my return I began looking for this scarf I have ten warehouses and have been trying to locate this long retired scarf During this time I have experienced two spine procedures, and an eye surgery I have even looked for the scarf as late as yesterday I would like to try and get this scarf to our customer, unless she simply wants a refund This is all conducted through [redacted] , and [redacted] does not allow refunds after days She can request that [redacted] grant a dispute refund, or I can continue to look This is the first ever complaint to Revdex.com that I have experienced from one of my customers I can appreciate her concern I am a sole proprietor, with no employees...and with my vision loss I could not use my computer screen during my vision loss In fact, I am going into the hospital this Thursday for a follow up surgery on my right eye, and should be back to usual after the surgery Again I apologize, and I don't like using excuses, but I would like to continue to search for this item It is only under $20, and if the wait is too long for my customer, it is probably not worth the hassle for either of us I should note that there will still be shipping costs due, once I locate the item and prepare it for international shipping
