Insurance" stating that if proof of insurance is not supplied to the credit union within days of the contract date, GHS will secure insurance on the vehicle and will add the premium to their loan balance** *** *** ** *** signed such an agreement. Between the loan's origination date of September 19, and January 12, 2017, borrowerswere notified twice by letter and twice by email that insurance documentation had not been received and that GHS was taking action to secure an insurance policy on the vehicle to protect its collateral, and the premium would be added to their loan balanceThese notifications were ignored. Conversations between ** *** and GHS revealed that HVincent knew their insurance agent mistakenly had not Insured the vehicle until January 12,GHS will waive the premium effective January 12, through March 8, 2017, but the premium for the period of September 19, through January 12, will remain in place as agreed upon when loan was originated.
