I figured out the man scheduling service appointments who probably starting in the fall of is ***I come from minutes away to this dealership and can only come on Saturday I said to the scheduler who then was offering me weekly drop off and shuttle service within miles away First sign he isn't paying attention I told him upfront I live min away and can only do Saturday This was my 3rd visit for recalls and maintenance since purchasing the vehicle and my previous appointments were satisfactory with no issuesThis time and the one for the recall in October he miss applied the service being done causing time problems This visit I told him I needed a part that had been ordered to be installed and an oil changeHe said he looked it up on the computer as to what the part was so I figured all would be ok After dropping my car off I told the service man what I was there for he pulled up my name on his computer and he said hrs and I waitedAt hours I asked for an ETA and was told hours ADDITIONAL WAIT Unacceptable and reminded him what he told me at drop off and this caused me to miss another appointment elsewhere , I turned agitated and emotional and demanded a loner which they said they didn't have After continuing to voice my complaint in the middle of the waiting room The service man Ed did scurry around, found me a car off the lot to use and it worked getting me to my other appointment and back hours later for a clean completed service I was 50% satisfied this visit I would suggest ask extra questions at this dealership and if the scheduler is a male make him repeat everything and confirm, also make sure the service person seems to understand what is being done and they actually listen and communicate seems to be the problem
