Review: My 16 year old son used $250.00 of his own money to buy an airsoft gun. This is a product similar to a paintball gun, however it shoots plastic bb's. We bought the gun in Va on vacation last week and when he got it home and was able to shoot it, he is not satisfied with it. He didn't use it 30 mins and it didn't shoot straight, and it also broke the skin on the other two boys, causing them to bleed. They were shot from a distance that should have been safe, and while all the boys where protective gear, because the gun does not shoot straight, it got one of the boys in the hand and one in the side of the leg. My boys have had airsoft guns for years, they read and learn about them and are very knowledgeable about which guns do what. My complaint is, that when I asked the company about exchanging the product, they will only accept returns or exchanges of an un-opened, un-used product. This gun was only shot a few times, is like brand new, and they will not even exchange it. The supervisor asked me if we didn't shoot it in the store, obviously they have a shooting range, but the option was not offered to us so there was no way to know how it shot. Which brings me to another question, how can it be shot in the store and still be considered brand new, but can't be shot a couple of times outside of the store, and be a used, un-sellable gun? Any help you can provide with this issue will be greatly appreciated. All he wanted to do was exchange it, and would have had to pay more for the gun he wanted to exchange it for. Now I just want his money back so he can buy it from someone else.Desired Settlement: While at one point he only wanted to exchange it, after spending a total of $600.00 in their store that day, and being treated this way, I just want the money back for it.
