Gia Russa Italian Foods

I love the GIA Russa noodle's. I can not find a store in my area that sells them. I have contacted the company 4 times and no response. I love the products but the consumer relation Leaves a Lot to be Desired!

Could have cried on Mothers DAy. My special dinner with the entire family was ruined after using 2 2# bags o Gia Russa which completely fell apart into very small pieces after hitting the water. Being on a timed schedule I had to go ahead and use it which I regret now. Mixed it with my homemade Italian sauce and served it anyway. Needless to say, it was mush by then and nobody ate it. Looked terrible. Can't understand what could have happened. Wasn't old, just bought it at Tops the day before. Do you have an answer for me? I have used all of your products before and never had a problem. Bite size rigatoni was the shape. What happened??

I'm trying to buy foods with fewer additives, so the list of ingredients on the label of your Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce made me very happy. Then, it tasted as good as it sounded! I'll be buying it again and I plan to try your other products as well.
