Terrible experience Unfortunately, *** does not have enough experience to work on a job himself and nor the foresight to hire adequate subs to perform the duties at handI recently had to let him go before completing a bathroom remodel (renovation, water proofing for shower, tub; tile throughout (walls and floor) vanity (support beams) installation etc.)There were several occasions during the eight work days he was in my home that I expressed my concerns and each time I was dismissed with a "trust me" it will be fine Sadly, this was not the case and I am now out thousands of dollars to his crew and additional monies to rehire another team to come in and demo ALL his work and begin again Once the exterior was stripped, multitudes of interior issues were exposed What is most infuriating is that specific boards were not adequately installed to support a pound wall mount vanity - I have a small dog and child on the way, this negligence could have led to dire consequences

I hired Giani Construction on the basis of extremely favorable recommendations from other recent customers. The job was a difficult remodeling of a 50 year old much neglected bathroom and powder room. Problems were encountered immediately: there were, in addition to the removal of an immensely heavy cast iron bathtub, three previous floors all of which had to be excavated and refinished. In the course of this, bad sewer plumbing woes in the crawl space beneath the building were also uncovered. Giani Construction redressed these problems, including new plumbing along the sewer line, with the greatest dispatch. At every point, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable and went out of their way to accommodate our every wish: including travertine floors, shower walls and vanity counters, and the vanities themselves, all of which were beautifully done and on time. In addition, new lighting, paint jobs, new toilets, hardware, etc., were sought out and supplied.
I cannot recommend Giani Construction too highly and will be getting them to do another job for me in a couple of weeks.
Giani Construction worked with us to complete a very large project of a kitchen, breakfast nook and great room. The project ended up being more challenging than just the size, when we went move a metal support beam up into the ceiling to increase the visual size of the kitchen and ran into issues pulling permits with the city. Giani saw to it that other items were attended to during the delay and the project kept moving forward throughout the permit process. We also ran into issues when the granite for our center island countertop was found to have a crack that prevented it from being fabricated. Giani worked with the granite yard and fabricator to get us a new undamaged piece that we loved more than the first.
Giani and his entire team were courteous, clean and had excellent attention to detail. The cabinetry work was top notch and turned out beautiful. Rarely do you run into contractors that actually show up when they say they will, return phone calls, and have excellent communication. Giani is the entire package.
We are extremely happy with the end result. Our kitchen and great room are sophisticated and look like a showplace, but are still comfortable and inviting. We have just hired Giani Construction back to assist us with a new project - a bathroom remodel. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Over the last several years, we have used Giani 3 times to perform a total of 4 bathroom remodels, each one to our complete satisfaction. Our first experience with him was when he led a crew working for a larger firm to completely remodel our master bathroom. When we were ready for more renovation and learned that he had branched out on his own, we sought him out directly for those jobs, first a half bath, then later on for the remaining two full baths in our home. We had very specific design requirements for all the bathrooms, ranging from a random pattern recycled granite wall, to specific tiling patterns and layouts, to a corner mounted flat panel television. I admit I am a very particular individual when it comes to having things done my way, and Giani was extremely cooperative in listening to my requirements, and using my sketches to translate them into beautiful reality. Review and changes when needed were never a problem for him. Just as importantly, he provided his design insight to produce even better results, suggesting improved patterns and complementary finishing trims for tiling, adding custom niches, etc.. For all 3 of these jobs, we chose to select and provide our own finish materials, and Giani had no issue with us doing so. He reviewed our selections ahead of time, made recommendations for sources, and specified very reasonable quantities for the materials, resulting in very little waste and overages. Giani is a very personable young man, very approachable and easy to deal with. Moreover, the overall cost of doing business with him was very reasonable, as he has always been very accommodating to our demands. Selecting Giani Construction was definitely a positive experience every time and we will most definitely give him first opportunity to bid on any other work we need in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others (and already have) based on our experience and satisfaction.

Giani's Construction has done a wonderful job on my house. I have used him twice in the past and will use him again in the future.
