Our company did a move for [redacted] on May 1, 2017.  She indicated on our paperwork that there had been some damage done by our men during the move.  I was out of town during that time and I told [redacted] that I would investigate this when I returned.  Once I returned, I contacted...

[redacted] to make arrangements with her to come down and see the damage that she had reported so that I could determine how to proceed with correcting the issues.  [redacted] refused to allow me come down and look at the damages.  I tried to explain to [redacted] that we have a procedure in place that we follow and if she wants us to take care of damages that she is claiming our men caused in the course of her move, then we have to see the damage for ourselves in order to determine how to correct it.She still refused to allow me to see this damage.   She sent me quite a few nasty emails during that time.  She threatened to go to the News Media, the Revdex.com, [redacted] and [redacted] unless I paid her damages.  However, she still refused to let me see the damages. It was around the end of May or the beginning of June, She indicated that she had taken pictures of this damage.  I asked her to send me the pictures so that I could at least look at the damage that she was claiming our men had done.  She did send some pictures and I have been going over them with our men, with a repair person and comparing some of the pictures with pictures that she had sent to me of some of her items prior to her move. [redacted] just sent me 2 additional pictures on Thursday, June 22, 2017.  One picture was of a driveway and I wasn’t sure what the other picture was.   I replied to her that day and asked her to clarify:  “What driveway and which house was the photo of?  Also what is that other picture of and what house is it from? I have already turned over the other photos of the items that you claim our company damaged and a decision will be made shortly.” She filed this complaint with the Revdex.com on Friday, June 23, 2017, the very next day.This could have been resolved weeks ago had [redacted] allowed me to come take a look at the damages that she claims our men did.  She has presented us with a difficult task of trying to determine if the damage that she is claiming is new or if it was previous damage based on her photos.  She has been very nasty and argumentative with me but she wants me to pay her for damages that she would not let us see.  As I promised her a decision had been reached by us and she should be receiving a check shortly.
