The owner Troy T signed a contract with my my wife and I to have some remodeling done inside our home. We agreed to the terms in the contract which entailed how he wanted the payment. He (Troy T) owner of Gianna Construction Services would not come back to our house to finish the work as stated in the contract unless we provided him a persona check in his name to guarantee that he would receive the money. This was not in the contract and something he demanded. He demanded this after my wife and I had a talk with him because we didn’t like the service he was providing suck as his cleanliness like picking up after himself at the end of the day, never showing up ok time, leaving early without telling us if he would be back or not, and could not finish the job as stated in the contract going over the desired time by 9 days and we did not experience and issues during the remodel. He was very lazy and not respectful and we do NOT recommend him to anyone. He should not be in the business of construction especially dealing with people and services.

Beware everything they say is a lie. Seemed like nice guys at first. We were told 6-10 business days for completion. Took 9 weeks to get them out of my life. We were told coming with 7 guys never happened. They are rude and disrespectful, try to adress things that were happening Such as them using an expensive dresser to put all there tools on we were told said dresser shouldn’t have been there. Used my furniture stand in instead of asking for a ladder was told same thing. They used my brand new shop vac now 1/2 my pieces are missing. One of them was using drugs In my Home while working. They never showeyup to work before 11 mainly came at 1 pm several times at 4 pm because everyone wants construction going on during dinner time. Did not work more than 4 hours in a single day. When we addressed concerns over their arrival times we were told don’t micromanage and we have other jobs. Yet we were told in the beginning they cleared their week and were coming with 7 guys to bang this out never showed up with more than 3 people. The list goes on I wouldn’t hire them to rake leaves be very careful. This was an insurance job they purchased the cheapest stuff they could find for example was allowed 500 for a new outside security door the door they bought sells for 99 at *** asked for a receipt to which Troy refused that’s just one of the many shady things they did.
