7 days of impound on an illegal repossession resulting in an additional fee from this company of $828. How? They have tried to keep my vehicle with the intent to trapping me into default. We need a class action lawsuits. The attorney general should investigate their operation alongside of their entrapment fees during a repossession. They do not document the payment which constitutes fraud.

This towing company is AWFUL I called in for help to change a tire today and I was assigned Giannone They estimated their arrival at hours away, despite the fact that their facility is based one town away from where I was stranded An inconvenience at this point, I waited it out And waited And waited Until the ETA came and went and there was still no tow truck I called their office, which was at that point closed I called back my extended warranty company who got in touch with Giannone and finally learned the tow truck assigned to me got rerouted to an emergency accident No phone call, no acknowledgement, no alternate sent out to help me...I was just left stranded and alone with dusk quickly approaching and no one to help me They then told me they would be another half hour to arrive, putting their new ETA a full hours from when I called in for helpI ended up changing my own tire THEY S***

They don't even deserve one star but to put up an honest review that's what you have to do. I also wanted to report on here that this is the most dishonest towing company. Everyone that I spoke to about them say they're ss that nobody likes them they really don't even want them in their town. I've filed several complaints with places the Better Business Borough and I'm filing a formal complaint how this professional company has workers and the wife Angie Zold is very verbally abusive and the co-worker Kimberley is physically abusive she punched me in my face. I'm filing both physical and verbal abuse complaints against all of the workers at this company, they accused the passenger of being on drugs well we went to a hospital and had a blood test done to proof that she was not using drugs so that will be another charge against them for falsely accusing her and also that she had no legal right to search the car and I went to my lawyer and also filed a lot of charges. Giannone Towing. I would never recommend this towing company ever. And they steal money from innocent young people. Karma will come back to each and everyone of them for treating people the way they do. Review: My truck was towed from [redacted] gas station in [redacted] PA, I was at the bar next door for 2 hours and when I came out my truck was towed. there was one sign I didnt see because it was two spots over from where I parked and was turned away from the parking spot from snow being plowed into it. when trying to retrieve my vehicle that friday night until monday I was told the impound was closed and cound not have my truck back until monday .I was charged 25$ a day plus 180$ towing charges for a spot that was not properly marked by signage. In the mean time the owner is out hauling in cars to his impound on weekends but I couldnt retrieve my truck until monday. Monday it snowed and the owner told me his shop was closed again a total of 5 days with out a vehicle.Desired Settlement: fees for days my vehicle was impounded and told business was closed. he was still doing business.
