Giant Ink

HIred Giant Ink to print 475 shirts, which I sent to him via FedEx Ground. He ran my credit card for $1800 and never printed the shirts. I had to pay to ship them back and find another printer. The card was my bank debit card on a business account, so they couldn't stop the transaction or go after him for it. I am out $1800 plus the freight charges, and he's still out there trying to do business.
I have hired an attorney to go after him, but with little hope of getting my money back.
He is a thief, plain and simple.
