As soon as I received mail from Revdex.com (3/**, Thu), I asked to my employees to know what happened and who involved this complaint. One of my employee involved this issue and the employee said "I...

made the mistake, I charged extra to customer by my mistake, I confused, because the day was very busy." Usually laundromat business is very busy on weekend. I asked to the employee do not make that kinds of customer complaint and do not make any price related mistake. The employee is working very good and the employee never made that kinds of mistake before. I am sure the employee will not make that kinds of mistake any more. I called the customer several times (3/**. Sat.) to apologize, but I could not contact, and I left message. I left money ($8.50) and paper to be signed as receipt in the envelop. After I left my store, the customer came to the laundromat to pick up the money and the customer signed on the paper. Therefore everything was done without any problem, I will more frequently train my employees about "Be Nice and Be Kind to customers, do not make mistake even busy days." I apologize to the customer once more and thanks for the complaint, then I can have more frequent training to my employees. Thank you.
