The move took hours and minuets which comes to hours? You booked a man crew for $for the first hours and $an hour after that to get the team Lake Elsinore Movers? We also explained how the billing is totaled by loading and unloading time plus the round trip which is called double drive time? If you had any question about the final amount we would have been happy to answer those question when we were speaking to you on the phone once your move was completed and before you signed for the completion of your move? Below is a breakdown of your final bill Charges? Incurred $399? For? the? first? 3? hours $385? For? the? next? 4.8125? ($80? x? 4.8125? =? $385) -$125? It seems as though giant monkey movers have no understanding of the original complaintI am unsure if it to waste the time myself or the Revdex.comBut again I will do my best to clarify I signed a receipt for $the $Is the amount agreed-upon after the deduction for the damage of furniture and propertygiant monkey mover originally charge my credit card $which was a deposit which should be deducted from the balance of $Please prove Revdex.com with a copy of the receipt authorization I sign the date of service

We communicated to the client that if she did not want the discount we gave her then we can charge her the full amount for the hours she used the movers. She could then submit a damage claim thought our damage claim department. If she does not want to submit a claim then she can have the discount that we already provided her to compensate for the refrigerator being damaged. The client does not seem to want to follow the procedure we have in place to receive compensation for a damaged item

Hello *** ***, We processed all claims within to weeks. If you would like us to expedite your claim please let us know. If anyone is mocking you or taking advantage of you then please let us know exactly what they said or did so we can address that issue immediately.
What you paid for was hours of labor with a man crew. You signed the work order confirming that the crew worked those hours and then paid the remaining balance of what you owed. The reason why your move was not completed was because you sent the crew home early before they were able to complete the job. If you now want the move to be completed, we will be happy to send out another crew to you

It seems as though  giant monkey movers have no understanding of the original complaint. I am unsure if it to waste the time myself or the Revdex.com. But again I will do my best to  clarify  I  signed a receipt for $500 the $500 Is the amount agreed-upon after the deduction for the damage of furniture and property. giant monkey mover originally  charge my credit card $159 which was a deposit which should be deducted from the balance of $500. Please prove Revdex.com with a copy of the receipt authorization I sign the date of service.
