Dear [redacted] ,We do apologize for our delayed response regarding this complaintIt seems the email on file is no longer active and we had not received notification of the complaint until this week.We have looked into this matter and have verified a refund was in fact issued as of December 8th,at 2:58pm for the full amount of $USDAll our prices are in USD.We notified the customer through an order message on December 12th, at 5:pm that he had been refunded and to allow 2-business days for the funds to appear in his account.The refund would have been received no later than December 12th or 13th, 2016.We never received a response from the customer after this message.We have sent a follow up email which has also been included with the supportive documents with this response,If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact us at [email protected] or give us a call at 714-632-8680,Best Regards, Giant Teddy Team

To whom it may concern: Our sincerest apologies as this was an honest accounting oversight on our part which caused a delay in the customers refundValentine's & Christmas are our busiest seasons, so our phone lines stay tied up and our email messages also get backed upAlthough we do our
absolute best to try and get around to everyone in a timely manner, sometimes we are unsuccessfulWe have issued a partial refund per the customers request on 2/20/We also did attempt to contact the customer and left a voice message in hopes that they will contact us & provide us permission to send out a gift of sincerest apologies.
