We are very aware of the issues that Ms*** has had with her Montana 5th Wheel and the chain of events she writes is correct And as you can see Gibs RV has responded quickly to each issueThe two issues with the furnace happened on the weekend when we were closed but we were there and
performed the repairs on Monday The original issue in the leak around the a/c was a known issue on some Montana's, not a known issue on this particular unit The last issue is with the slide out has been approved under warranty for repair and will be started as soon as we canWe did go out an get the slideout in and transport the unit to our location free of charge I know it has been very frustrating for Ms*** Each item has been covered by Keystone warranty and has been repaired by Gibs RV I am not aware of how Lemon Law in Oregon works but I believe that would be a manufacturer decision, not the dealership We do not manufacture the trailers, we sell them and repair them as neededThank you

We received this complaint in the mail yesterday We were very suprised to receive this complaint We did had several issues with securing financing for Mrand Mrs***, and we take responsibility for some errors None of them were intentional and we were very frustrated
with the situation also The time that Mrs*** was here that was left waiting was when we determined we had the final issueWe were trying to find any solution we could to help this situation We were not ignoring her or trying to not help her We were making every effort to find a solution When we decided we did not have any solution we discovered Mrs *** had leftMr*** called and I told him of the problem At that time he expressed concern about the RV Park deposit and I told him to see what he could get back from them and I would see what I could do about helping with the rest I have not heard any more I just need a receipt for the amount paid and the amount he received back I agree we were at partial fault that this financing could not be acquired correctly and feel we do owe Mr and Mrs*** something I would be happy to correct this matter with appropriate documentation In fact I will call the RV Park and ask for a receipt if that would be helpful.Lisa L***Gibs RV Superstore541-888-
