So the tenants pointed me to ***-White, Inc, and now ***-White, Inc is pawning this off on an "unidentified" property ownerMy complaint is against the way this property is managed, so my complaint remains against the manager of the property - ***-White, IncSaying that the property owner hired a booting company is simply the property manager attempting to create a buffer from anyone taking responsibility for this
The only acceptable resolution to this complaint is the return of my $to meNothing else will be acceptableIf you would have been willing to remove the boot "when the incident occurred", then you should be willing to return my money to me now after I explained why this property is using confusing tacticsIt obviously took me time to even track down to whom I take this complaint, as I certainly did not know that "when the incident occurred"That is simply another diversionary tactic to avoid any responsibility
I already explained why your signs and parking lot are confusingExpecting someone to compare the address on the sign with the business they are walking into is asinineBoth of those parking lots are connected, and it all appears to be part of the same set of "Atrium" shopsAs an advocate for countless others that I'm sure have been bitten by this scam, I submit that you should create a barrier between your lot and the lot right next to you to which you currently connectThis could be a physical barrier (separate the two lots), or paint on the ground readily dividing the two lotsAnything that is more obvious than your current misleading signs
If this was simply a matter of assuring adequate parking for your tenants, and not a matter of cash intake, then there would be far more professional ways to accomplish thisHiring a company using questionable practices of booting your car and standing in front of you demanding $on the spot is extremely unprofessional and extreme
