Gibbs Collision Center

Yesterday, 03-24-2024, my wife and I had a very unfortunate experience. Our car got stuck in a very wet lawn in front of a residence in Columbia, NC. After calling our insurance co. we learned that we might have to wait till the next day to be towed. A sheriff's deputy was notified and through him a representative from Gibbs Collision Center soon arrived and pulled us out so we could go on our way. Even though it was Sunday afternoon, and everything went smoothly, I was not charged for the tow. Can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness expressed by Gibbs. I'll never forget the deputy who called Gibbs and the driver from Gibbs who pulled us out. Thanks so much!
