To whom it may concern:I Nathan Gibbs was hired to do a siding job for [redacted] She gave me $down to start the jobWe re-sided her entire house with new sidingThe entire time we did this job she must have been taking picture of things she didn't like which she chose to not address these things to our attention so we could accommodate her wishesWe cleaned up all our mess and even theirsWe left one shingle bag and a couple cigarette butts and apparently, that sent her over the edgeHer gutters were in poor condition and she agreed to have the taken offOne of the guys accidently threw 1, awayShe then accused us of stealing itShe was on vacation but her husband was homeWhen she got back she told me and they guys not to come on her property until she said so and said that she wasn't paying the remaining feesSo, after I hired a lawyer and filed a mechanics lien, she allowed us on her property and wanted all the siding taken down because we didn't tape the fan fold board underneath the sidingWe didn't even have to put fan fold underneath, we just did it so there would be a smooth surface for new sidingI told her I wasn't taking all the siding down just for thatHer and her husband went around the entire job sit and wrenched on all the siding, j channel, shingles, etcWe were not allowed there for daysDuring this time our community had also encountered some stormy weather which I'm sure some things were tossed around from thatShe then wanted every little thing fixed that she was OK with week priorWhile all that was going on she slandered my name on social mediaI knew then I could not go back and fix/work for these peopleThey used my estimates for insurance purposes which I do not know why because there was no hail damage, or wind damageThe insurance company called me and told me that they paid them in full for the ob and it was out of their handsShe told me she called different contractors and they didn't show upI now know their reason whyI just hired a lawyer, while she kept messaging meI ignored her because I will not be able to please themI offered to have my gutter guy come put new gutters on all around the entire house and she said NOSo, I just offered for them to pay the existing amount due just for the materials that was on the house and again she said NO because someone else was doing itI am exhausted with her continuing bashing my business and nameI've never had one complaint beforeI believe they had intentions on doing this with whatever contractor did the workTheir looks brand new compared to what it did before, all which was done for a very low pricei have left them alone and forgotten about the whole situation [redacted] keeps having people get onto my webpage and rate me poorly and she keeps getting on there and bashing usIt's harassment and taunting at it's finestI'm mentally and physically exhausted with her constant harassmentI will not drop the lien until she pays on the amount of $or close to for the materialsShe keeps saying the material are no good, well if that's the case why didn't I get the materials back because I paid for all of themi paid [redacted] last year around $for their materials and this is how I was treated in returnI don't want paid for any additional fees like dump fees, and laborI'm just asking she pay for the materialsI have other customers to make happy instead of worrying about trying to please these peopleThey want something for nothingAnd at this point, they got a lot of something (brand new looking house) for nothingShe says we charged her for plywood to be replacedAnd she was not charged because we haven't even been paid yetWell, again I haven't been paid for the materials so how could I charge herAlso, we accumulated the roofing job while she was on vacationnever received half down or anythingShe said the roof leakedThe area it leaked was an add on to the estimate after I found out she wasn't payingI wasn't going to fix anythingI'm done with these individualsI'm not the pressing the issue because I am trying to forget about these individuals completelyThey continue to resort to social media and they go back and forth with the harassmentShe said she thinks I should just walk away with the down payment, well I already haveShe's the one that keeps this whole situation goingI replied to all of the state's attorney with letters, and receipts and it did nothingIt's not worth me to take them to court for $I will owe my lawyer about that much and its not worth itIt could have been fixed and done if she addressed her issues with the job as they came about and allowed me to fix themShe choose not toShe state I need to get off my rear, I'm always busy with my workI work days a week sun up to sun downI'm flooded with work that turns out great and happy customersOnly time I'm on my rear is when I'm sleepingI've never had a complaint in any nature from any homeowner
